App terms of service

These terms govern your account and use of the Clove Astrology mobile application and related services operated by GHOSTPROBE LTD. The product is displayed as 蒜占 in Chinese and 산점 in Korean.

1. Agreement and operator

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our App privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service is operated by GHOSTPROBE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17267835, with registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.

2. App licence

The App is licensed, not sold. Your licence to use the iOS App is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store usage rules. These terms govern your account, readings, digital content, purchases and relationship with GHOSTPROBE LTD.

3. What the service provides

The service provides automated astrology, destiny-analysis, divination and related self-reflection content. Available modules, prices, limits and features may vary by country, language, device, account status and App version. An internet connection may be required.

4. Entertainment and self-reflection

Readings and generated content are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not verified scientific conclusions or professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, educational or employment advice. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

5. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use the service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian where required. You may use the service only where it is lawful and where the App is officially available.

6. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require verification, restrict access or suspend an account to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.

7. Your inputs and content

You retain your rights in questions, birth information, images, messages and other content you submit. You give GHOSTPROBE LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, process and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the service and provide the features you request.

You must have the right to submit the content and must not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or deceptive material, another person’s sensitive information without authority, or content intended to abuse or disrupt the service.

8. Automated output

Generated reports and responses may vary even when similar information is supplied. We do not guarantee a particular prediction, outcome, accuracy level, response time or interpretation. A reading does not create a fiduciary, adviser, therapist, medical or other professional relationship.

9. Digital purchases and 蒜瓣

The App may offer consumable digital credits known as 蒜瓣, reading unlocks or other one-time digital content. The product, quantity, price and currency shown by the App Store at checkout govern that purchase.

• 蒜瓣 and other digital entitlements have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the service.
• Purchases are processed by Apple under the applicable App Store payment terms. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Refund requests are handled under applicable law and Apple’s refund process. A refund or reversal may remove unused or related digital entitlement and may adjust a balance already credited.
• The service uses transaction controls designed to prevent duplicate delivery. If a completed purchase is temporarily not reflected, reopen the App or contact support before attempting repeated purchases.

10. Fair use and prohibited conduct

You must not misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorised access, interfering with security or availability, automated extraction or resale of substantial content, manipulating purchases or introductory benefits, impersonating another person, submitting illegal or infringing material, or using generated content to deceive, harass or cause harm.

11. Intellectual property

The App, service design, software, original interface, brand assets and service materials are owned by or licensed to GHOSTPROBE LTD. Except for the limited licence granted through the App Store and mandatory rights under applicable law, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the service except where the law expressly permits it.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or other circumstances may delay a reading or temporarily limit a feature. We may update, add, remove or suspend features where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects a paid entitlement, we will act consistently with applicable consumer law and App Store requirements.

13. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion through the App. The account enters a 24-hour cooling-off period and can be restored by signing back in during that period. After the period expires, deletion is intended to be permanent, subject to limited records retained for purchases, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes and backup rotation as described in the App privacy notice.

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct a non-serious breach.

14. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and GHOSTPROBE LTD is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on entertainment content, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or use contrary to these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another country or under another applicable law.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be presented through the App or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, except where fresh consent is required by law.
